animal encounter

Immerse your students in the Animal Encounter class, where they interact with over 60 species of live animals. By engaging with reptiles, mammals, and birds, students will enhance their learning and retention through hands-on experiences and interactive Q&A sessions.


aquatic study

Dive into the diversity of aquatic life with our Aquatic Study program! Students will conduct their own surveys by collecting samples from Timber-lee's kettle ponds, exploring the rich ecosystems and discovering the fascinating creatures that inhabit these unique environments.

energy workshop

Discover the basics of energy and waves in our Energy Workshop. Students will explore hands-on physics experiments in our discovery room, including motion and electricity, and conclude with the excitement of powering a lightbulb with their own body and experiencing the Van de Graaff generator.

geology

Explore the fascinating world of rocks in our Geology class, starting with an overview of the rock cycle and rock types. Students will then use rock hammers in our rock pit to crack open various rocks, discovering hidden fossils and learning about geology firsthand.

raptor study

Our elaborate, multi-level High Ropes Course is nestled in the woods at Timber-lee, offering thrilling challenges for those brave enough to tackle obstacles like the Balance Beam, Cargo Net, or the Islands. Under the supervision of trained instructors, campers can test their limits, face their fears, and realize their potential in an encouraging, supportive setting, all while bonding with their peers.

astronomy

Experience the wonders of space in our Astronomy class, where students can stargaze indoors with illuminated constellations or a ceiling full of stars. The class includes an outdoor component, featuring a scale model of the solar system to help students grasp the vastness of space.
