Arrival details

arrival

  • Sunday Arrival (Classic Camp, Onsite Specialty Camps, and Camp Start) – Check-in is from 2:30 to 4:15 PM.

  • Thursday Arrival (Camp Start only) – Check-in is from 8:45 to 9:30 AM. Parents and campers will meet their counselor, settle into their cabin, and have an opportunity to connect with camp leadership for any questions or concerns.

  • Please leave pets at home during camper drop-off and pick-up.

After settling your camper into their cabin, follow the signs to our Parent Hospitality Area for refreshments, a mail drop-off station, and staff available to answer any questions about the week.

To send mail to your camper, you can drop off letters at the Parent Hospitality Area (Redwood Commons) during check-in or mail letters/packages to:

Mail Delivery Schedule:


  • Camp Start: Monday or Friday

  • 4th-6th Grade Camp: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • All Other Camps: Tuesday and Thursday


Spending Money

  • Campers can use spending money for snacks, crafts, leather shop projects, and camp store purchases.

  • The Camp Store offers t-shirts, sweatshirts, water bottles, hats, stuffed animals, and souvenirs.

  • T-shirts start at $20

  • Sweatshirts start at $45

  • The store will be open on Saturday after the Camper/Parent Farewell Rally, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.

Recommended Spending Amounts*:


  • Camp Start: $10–$20

  • Kids Camp: $25–$40

  • Junior High & Senior High: $25–$50

(*Does not include t-shirts or sweatshirts.)

To ensure safe and efficient luggage transport, please pack all items in a clearly labeled duffle bag, suitcase, or backpack. This helps our staff deliver your camper’s belongings to their cabin on arrival day and back to the parking area on departure day. Thank you for your cooperation!

discipline policy

To ensure a positive camp experience for all, campers are expected to follow camp rules and respect others. If a camper's behavior is deemed disruptive or unruly by camp leadership, parents will be notified and may be required to pick up their child early.

If you will be away from home while your child is at Camp Timber-lee, please provide our office with up-to-date emergency contact details.



For urgent messages or emergencies, call the Timber-lee main office at 262-642-7345. Our team will ensure your message reaches your child as quickly as possible.

If you haven’t submitted your Camper Health Form online or by mail, please bring a signed copy to check-in. A parent or guardian must sign the form for it to be valid.

medication

To ensure a safe and consistent camp experience, all campers must maintain their regular medication schedule while at camp. If any behavior-affecting medications have been adjusted, they must be in effect at least four weeks prior to arrival.


  • All prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements must be turned in at check-in.

  • Medications will be dispensed by our Health Services staff according to prescription instructions.

  • Do not bring over-the-counter medications unless your child takes them on a regular schedule. If your camper needs over-the-counter medication while at camp, it will be provided by Timber-lee’s Health Services team.

farewell rally

Join us for the Camper/Parent Farewell Rally on Saturday at 9:00 AM in Poplar Grove. Experience a live recap of the week, including worship led by Timber-lee’s team and a short message from our speaker.


  • Plan ahead! Parking and walking to the rally may take extra time. The event begins promptly at 9:00 AM, and we don’t want you to miss it!

To ensure a safe and smooth departure:


  • Parents/guardians must sign out their camper with the Cabin Leader at pickup.

  • If someone other than a parent/guardian is picking up your camper, please either:

  • Call us in advance at 262-642-7345, OR
  • 
  • Fill out a Camper Pickup Release Form during drop-off.

the fine print

  • Final Payment: The full camp balance is due by May 30, 2024, or upon registration if signing up after this date.

  • Cancellation & Refunds:

  • Cancellations made more than two weeks before the arrival date will receive a refund minus the $125 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date.

  • No refunds will be given for dismissals due to disciplinary reasons, late arrivals, or early departures.

  • Camper Departure Policy: Once checked in, campers cannot leave camp with friends or extended family unless a parent or guardian provides written permission.

  • Cell Phones & Communication:

  • Campers must leave cell phones at home.

  • If an urgent matter arises, please call the camp office, and staff will handle the situation appropriately.

  • Lost, Found & Prohibited Items:

  • Camp Timber-lee is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Items on the "leave at home" list will be collected, securely stored, and returned at the end of the week.

  • Lost & Found items will be available for later pick-up. If you need an item mailed back, packaging and postage fees will apply. Fill out the Lost & Found Request Form at timber-lee.com.
